Hey everybody, so I just wanted to finalize the travel arrangements for getting to Philly for the Billy Collins reading. We need two drivers (it's best if you are 18 because then we technically won't be breaking the law by having lots of people in your car). Please comment if you are willing to (and allowed to) drive and how many people you can fit in your car. Thanks everybody!

I can drive and I can fit 4 people besides myself in my car. I also have a gps and would be able to lead us there easily.

I am 18 but unfortunately I don't think I will be able to drive. I don't know if my parents will let me and frankly I don't feel comfortable driving myself to Philly since I've never done that before!
ReplyDeleteI don't want to speak for her but I know that Gretchen has a car. Although me and her were thinking about only staying for the day event, so I think we need to make sure there are enough cars going that if people leave then everyone still can find a way to get home.

If need be I could ask my dad if I could borrow his car i can fit 7 besides myself in his truck. I'm more then comfortable with driving i drive onto Pilly all the time and I have to drive through Philly to visit my friends at school I've done it countless times.

Yea I'm pretty sure I can drive guys, but like Sarah said we aren't staying for the night time reading, so if I were to drive, everyone that came besides Sarah that planned on staying would need a different ride home, which could become complicated. But if other ppl aren't planning on staying, I have three extra seats, so I guess counting Sarah, two more ppl are welcome.
